In June, ILC facilitated a Focus Group which looked at, ‘Vulnerable Customers’. It was attended by a select group of Insurers and Suppliers from the Home Claims Industry.
From the meeting is is clear that many organisations have an insufficient understanding of what is meant by a Vulnerable Person or the skills / training to give the appropriate level of service.
