I Love Claims is a forum that was established just over 12 months ago to help organisations working within the motor claims industry communicate more effectively.
Our goal is to create a claims world that is sustainable for all parties, including you, the motorist.
The rising cost of motor insurance has received a great deal of media coverage recently and is something that affects the vast majority of us.
With this in mind we are looking to develop a service that raises awareness and provides education that will ultimately help reduce the cost of motor insurance in the UK.
Three of the main reasons that motor insurance premiums have increased so much over recent years are an increase in the level of fraudulent (cash for crash) claims, an increase in the number of uninsured drivers and increases in the level and cost of claims.
Our aim is to help motorists understand how we can address some of the issues and our success will be determined by the level of interest from UK motorists.
