My managerial career commenced in 1978 when I became responsible for running a number of retail and fleet garages,
including accident repair facilities, for Leicestershire Co-operative Society. I moved to the Retail Motor Industry Federation in 1997,
as manager of the bodyshop services division and eventually added the independent garage and MOT divisions to my responsibilities.
In 2003, I moved to Zurich Insurance where I held the position of UK Network Manager within the Claims Supply team. I commenced my current role as partner/director of the Auto Body Professionals Club (ABP Club) in January 2006. ABP Club currently has over 1500 members from all sides of the body repair industry.
Mark and ABP Club has been delighted to work with Chris Ashworth and the I Love Claims teams and has jointly promoted each of the successful events provided for the motor claims sector.
