Allianz Commercial has partnered with Lightfoot to supply the telematics provider’s risk management tool to Allianz’s customers.
The companies has claimed that the new arrangement will help improve driver safety and efficiency within fleets by providing real-time audio and visual feedback and coaching for drivers.
The deal means that Allianz’s fleet policyholders will be able to buy the telematics device at a reduced rate.
“Our partnership with Lightfoot demonstrates our commitment to using new technologies to help our customers improve driver safety and reduce their operating costs,” said Jonathan Dye, head of motor insurance at Allianz commercial.
“Running a safe and cost-effective fleet is crucial to maintaining a profitable business, which is why more and more companies are investing in risk management initiatives, such as Lightfoot to help manage their fleets,” he added.
