Managing Director ADR Accident Repair CentresAndy Started the business from a small garage in Chesterfield over 35 years ago, growing it to the largest privately owned repair group in the UK, with 9 body shops covering the Midlands, Yorkshire and North West of England employing c 400 people.
Always a firm believer in raising standards within the vehicle repair sector, whether it be the physical repair of the vehicle, the service offered to customers or the use of innovative technology, Andy has a wide knowledge of the industry from a technical and service delivery perspective.
Andy lives in Sheffield and keeps himself occupied in his spare time with his five year old twins, mountain biking and motorsport. Andy also owned a team in British touring cars and subsequently Rally team winning British rally championships twice.
We at ADR were the fifth company to achieve PAS 125 also an investor in people company so total belief in developing people, we have also done various insurance consultative groups in past (Allianz Axa RSA) but currently only Esure.
