Duck Creek develops portfolio with Imburse acquisition

Duck Creek Technologies has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Imburse Payments, a Swiss-based modern payments platform.  

Expected to complete in the second quarter of the year, the deal will see the Imburse platform integrated with Duck Creek’s suite of technology solutions while also supporting expansion across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
