
More session themes have been revealed for ILC’s inaugural consumer-focused risk and compliance conference with trust, fraud prevention and benchmarking all key components of discussions.
The event, themed ‘Consumers – more than just a duty’ and supported by Suneeta Padda, Managing Director of London-based compliance consultancy, Padda Consulting, takes place on 15 November at etc venues, Manchester and is set to discuss how insurers and supply chains can work together to optimise the consumer journey whilst continuing to satisfy legislation and navigating heightened socio-economic challenges.
