Service Certainty is partnering with Livegenic to launch a new live video product that offers the latest in media capture for claims.
Tailored to suit today’s flexible workforce and to combat the rising costs of energy and fuel, the Live Video solution connects claims handlers to the camera of any smart phone, enabling flexible and effective claims management.
Complimenting Service Certainty’s already robust product portfolio of digital and physical services, Live Video is delivered to the customer via a simple text message.
