
Convenience and transparency are becoming ever-important to customers in all industries; CoreLogic has responded to this with the launch of a new single-view claims platform that enables everyone involved in the process to share information in real-time.
Leah Davies, head of account management at CoreLogic, said: ‘We are focusing on the policyholder, enabling them to see everybody who is involved in their claim in one place, and collaborate with them all without having to log into different portals and speak to different people.’
The portal includes a tab listing every supplier involved in the claim as well as what tasks they have completed and still need to complete, a documentation tab with copies of every document submitted, as well as a timeline tab providing a clear and up-to-the-minute overview of the claim’s progress.
Leah said, ‘We think this ends the uncertainty and confusion around claims. It offers policyholders full transparency and ease of use, and is the next step in the development of self-serve.’
Meanwhile, CoreLogic revealed that the portal will shortly undergo a significant revamp to make it even more user-friendly for the consumer.
The platform was demonstrated at ClaimsTech, an I Love Claims event held in London at the end of September.
