
Claims Consortium Group has been re-accredited with the ServiceMark national standard, which is awarded by The Institute of Customer Service to companies who prove their excellence in customer service.
It was reaccredited with the ServiceMark after assessments revealed high levels of customer satisfaction and, as a result, employee engagement.
