Heather Lambert joins the Board of Directors at Claims Consortium Group

Heather Lambert has been promoted to the Board of Directors at Claims Consortium Group. In her new role as Group Sales Director she will continue to oversee the Sales and Account Management departments.

Heather joined Claims Consortium Group in August 2019 from Crawford & Company, in the newly appointed position of Sales Director. Since then, the Sales and Account Management departments have flourished under her tenure. With over 30 years’ experience and an outstanding reputation in the industry, Heather has been instrumental in driving a number of new business wins, innovative strategic initiatives, and diversifying the Group’s portfolio.

Heather takes on the new position immediately and her appointment follows the recent retirement of Alec Tarrant from the Group, in December.

During his career Alec has worked with LV, Eagle Star and Zurich and for the last 11 years he has been with Claims Consortium Group.

Alec commented “I have enjoyed my time in insurance and have built some strong friendships along the way. However, I would specifically like to thank everyone at Claims Consortium for allowing me to be part of their outstanding success as a member of the Board. I leave the sales and account management team in the extremely capable hands of Heather Lambert as I now fully concentrate on enjoying our 4 granddaughters, gardening and of course saltwater fly-fishing”.
