Service Certainty imageproofTM recognises the first of its Pro’s to complete a magnificent ten thousand assignments.


Since its launch in 2009, long before the likes of Uber, Deliveroo and others made crowd solutions more common place, Service Certainty imageproofTM has continued to successfully grow in the Insurance Claims Market, providing regular work to its crowd of Professional Photographers (Pros), helping them earn a living from their passion whilst delivering a fantastic service for the claims industry. Whilst Service Certainty imageproofTM also now provide a range of technology solutions, the Pro service remains popular and highly regarded by clients.

Over the last eleven years its network has grown to over five thousand registered Professional Photographers and some have now completed over ten thousand individual jobs! This is a remarkable achievement for the individuals involved which is being celebrated with the award of a limited-edition badge, recognising their contribution to the continued success of the business.

Service Certainty imageproofTM now provide this service across all types of claims, supporting experts to remotely assess damage, the Pros are all over the UK providing a fast and local service to get high quality images of the problem, this has been particularly useful for clients during COVID-19.

Our long-standing Pro David was the first to reach this landmark;
