Aviva, First Central and Trustpilot are just three of the major names set to share their insights during ILC’s inaugural Risk and Compliance event themed: Consumers – more than just a duty.
The specialist event, which takes place on Wednesday 15 November at etc.venues Manchester, will discuss how insurers and supply chains can work together to optimise the consumer journey whilst continuing to satisfy changing legislation, ever-evolving socio-economic challenges, and business needs.
Andrew Jobling, Supply Chain Leader, UKGI Supply Chain, Aviva; Vicky Webster, Head of Strategic Delivery – Claims & Fraud, First Central; and Graham Wilkinson, Senior Partner Manager, Trustpilot are all set to play a pivotal role in the event discussing areas such as serving customers with integrity; consumer trust; and practical strategies for success.
ILC’s Mark Hadaway said, “The interest and support this event has gleaned has been incredible and highlights just how the ILC community is eager to continue to push the ‘better tomorrow’ mantra in how it satisfies the most important aspect of any claim – the consumer.
“Insights from both within and external to the sector will provide a truly valuable look at how consumer engagement will shape the future of insurance.”
Some of the UK’s leading insurers have already pledged their support for the event including Admiral, Ageas, Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe, Covea, First Central, Pen Underwriting, and Zurich.
The event is aimed at anyone involved in areas such as compliance, customer success, data intelligence and governance within insurers and supply chains, as well as all those with a vested interest in understanding market dynamics and the impacts of legislation such as Consumer Duty on claims such as advisories and analysts.
