e2e has extended its congratulations to Hills Salvage & Recycling following the news of its acquisition by Copart, and assured clients it will be business as usual with no disruption to the service it provides.
The acquisition includes the Hills UK’s Skelsmerdale headquarters, a new site in Scotland and a Gloucestershire parts hub, as well as the transporter fleet and specialist technology systems.
A statement from e2e said, “e2e will work closely with Hills to quickly and seamlessly manage the operational logistics resulting from the change of ownership.
“The resilience and flexibility of e2e’s network model means that risk of over exposure to any one business is mitigated and capacity is always available. Consistency of standards is guaranteed through member agreements enforced by rigorous SLAs.
“e2e continues to progress with its business transformation plans and will be bringing new solutions to market later this year.”
