I Love Claims (ILC) is excited to announce that it has a new Corporate Partner in The Common Automotive Platform Standard (CAPS).
CAPS is designed to help everyone within the claims and repair process communicate more effectively, by sharing information in real time with all the major bodyshop management systems and claims applications. It means repairers can reduce costs, make fewer phone calls and use any system they need to. Suppliers can easily share information and take on new partners without increasing costs, and insurers or work providers can operate more efficiently, delivering a flexible digital claims experience to their customers. There are well over 1,300 CAPS enabled bodyshops across the UK updating key milestones in the repair process and sharing information in real time.
Kevern Thompson, Commercial Manager of CAPS said: “Since redeveloping CAPS back in 2017 we’ve enjoyed the relationship with ILC and later ARC360 as supporting partners. Our technology will add value to everyone throughout motor supply chain operations. We will achieve this by industry led collaboration, supply chain connectivity and efficiency, enabling digital strategies for all.”
Mark Hadaway, Managing Director of ILC said: “Following two years as a Corporate Partner to ARC360 and long-time supporter of ILC, we are delighted that CAPS has not only decided to extend that partnership but also to become an ILC Motor Corporate Partner.
“CAPS embodies the perfect partner for ILC as we share the ambition of connecting the industry to the benefit of everyone.”
CAPS joins ILC’s growing list of Corporate Partners within the motor insurance claims industry, including: AkzoNobel, Autoglass, Carpenters, Copart, Davies Group, e2e, Entegral, Enterprise, GT Motive, The Green Parts Specialists, IAA, Innovation Group, S&G Response, Sherwin Williams, ThingCo and Verisk.
