Car Care Plan acquires Verex

Verex Insurance Services and Verex Assistance have been acquired by Car Care Plan after entering into administration on 18 August.

Car Care Plan, which has been providing motor insurance for more than 40 years and guarantees repairs with approved parts and qualified technicians, will take over all services previously provided by Verex.

The company said, “We are delighted with the acquisition of the capabilities of Verex and we welcome Verex’s many talented employees to the Car Care Plan team. Any policies purchased via Verex is still valid and will continue to be covered as normal.”
