Carpenters Group names new charity partner

Carpenters Group has announced a new corporate partnership with road safety charity Brake.

The partnership will help fund Brake’s work in supporting road crash victims and campaigning for safe and healthy mobility.

The charity’s overall mission aligns perfectly with Carpenters Group, which is one of the UK’s leading providers of insurance and legal services and ensures early contact with the defendant’s insurance company to seek early interim payments, immediate needs assessments and access to quality rehabilitation and medical care.

Carol Hopwood, Head of Serious and Catastrophic Injury at Carpenters Group, said: “Brake was so helpful and supportive when my brother was killed in a motorcycle collision. I am delighted that we can support Brake in continuing to offer that help and support to other families in similar circumstances.”

Laura Challis, Corporate Fundraising Manager at Brake, said: “We’re very excited to be partnering with Carpenters Group. Their support will make such a difference in helping to support road crash victims and their families as well as campaigning to reach as many people as possible with road safety messages.”
