Copart shows support for Pride Month

Copart has underlined its support for the LGBTQ+ community by marking Pride Month with two initiatives.

It has announced it will sponsor the Milton Keynes Pride Festival for the third year in a row, while at the same time it is rolling out diversity and inclusion training to its more than 1,300 teammates.

Copart has a culture that welcomes equality, diversity, and inclusion, and the ‘Diversity Basics’ training will reinforce it zero-tolerance stance on discrimination while at the same time aligning with its Copart Cares ethos.

Jane Pocock, CEO of Copart UK & Ireland, said, “We’re delighted to show that Copart Cares about the LGBTQ+ community by sponsoring the fantastic MK Pride event again, alongside other our diversity and inclusion initiatives including the ‘Diversity Basics’ training.
