e2e ramps up IT commitment with new CTO


e2e Total Loss Vehicle Management (e2e) has appointed Martin Stevenson, as Chief Technical Officer (CTO). 

The newly created position reflects e2e’s commitment to delivering service innovation to clients and network members, through the adoption of emerging technology and digitalisation. 

Martin will work with the e2e Board and the senior management team, to develop and implement strategies, which accelerate and safeguard e2e’s marketplace lead, delivering enhanced benefits to stakeholders, through a greater use of business and market intelligence and technology. He leads the digitalisation and business process transformation agenda, to enable e2e to realise its strategic commitments.

Jim Loughran, CEO at e2e said, “I’m delighted to welcome Martin to the team. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, aligned with leading numerous strategic transformation and business intelligence projects. We have a clear strategic road map; we are talking to partners and building the tools, and we are moving towards implementation. The months ahead will see a number of exciting joint ventures and announcements from the network, and we will be setting the service bar high for our competitors.”

Martin commented, “These are exciting times for the salvage and recycling industry and there are many opportunities to differentiate performance, linked to the changes being faced, including the drive for sustainability, electric vehicles, and reclaimed parts. My experience spans numerous sectors, including banking, government and environmental. I bring an understanding of how to integrate and build eco-systems, which add commercial value and deliver improved efficiencies. I am looking forward to unlocking untapped potential for the e2e network and its clients.”
