Enterprise Rent-A-Car has given its full backing to ILC’s New Generation in Claims event by both sponsoring the occasion and providing expert insight on the day.
The event, which takes place on Wednesday 26 April at etc.venues, Manchester sees Enterprise join Headline sponsor Wiser Academy to help shine a light on the need for both retaining talent and attracting new people within the insurance claims sector.
The New Generation in Claims event aims to unpick the current state of talent acquisition and retention, and provide insight as to the opportunities that exist when people, strategy and technology align.
Ashley Hever, Director of Talent Acquisition at Enterprise Holdings, who will take to the stage during the event for a ‘fireside chat’ to discuss talent retention said, “As Director of Talent Acquisition at Enterprise Holdings, I am thrilled to be involved in ILC’s New Generation conference to share some insights on how organisations approach the talent they have, and the talent they need, for the future of the workforce.”
The day’s agenda will support attendees to understand what factors are at play influencing talent recruitment, retention and upskilling; how people challenges can influence positive change across business; and openly discuss the skills requirements within claims for the future.
The event has already attracted the attentions of some of the UK’s leading insurers and suppliers with the likes of Admiral Group Plc, Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe, Aviva Insurance, Ecclesiastical Insurance, esure, First Central, Marshmallow and NFU Mutual, along with suppliers such as Belron, Carpenters, Enterprise, Innovation Group and Solera Audatex confirmed to attend.
