
Home and motor claims will both come under the spotlight during dedicated sessions at the forthcoming ILC Managing General Agents’ (MGA) Claims Conference.
Providing a session entitled, ‘Vehicle Repair Management Reinvented’ Pete Thompson, Director of Product, Activate Group will provide an insight into how a dynamic approach can empower MGAs to efficiently navigate repair challenges, optimise processes and deliver exceptional service.
Meanwhile, during a dedicated home claims session, Owen Pugh, Chief Operating Officer at Claims Consortium Group, will offer the session: ‘Home Truths: Making Claims Easier in Property Insurance’ during which he will focus on speed of claim, fraud, use of real data, customer satisfaction, and keeping on top of regulatory frameworks.
The focused home and motor sessions form part of a number of breakout streams during the day which will also cover niche and EL/PL sessions.
