ILC appoints Business Support Graduate

ILC is delighted to kickstart its graduate programme with the appointment of Harry Kelly as Business Support Graduate.

Harry joins ILC having studied economics at Lancaster University and has transitioned seamlessly into the working world by supporting the business across many areas in recent weeks including ILC’s ‘face to face’ events which have made a strong return.

During the graduate programme, Harry will gain exposure to all aspects of the ILC business and provide support across both current and future business operations.

Mark Hadaway, managing director of ILC, said, “It is great to welcome Harry onboard and kickstart what we hope will be a long and successful graduate programme for ILC – an initiative we are very proud of introducing.

“Harry has already made a hugely positive impact across the business and we really look forward to sharing our experiences, knowledge and insights to support his future aspirations, whilst absorbing all the learnings he brings to the business.”

Harry said, “It’s great to have the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge and studies within a real-world business environment, especially one as dynamic as ILC and the fast-changing insurance claims industry in which it operates.”

We hope you will join all of us here at ILC in wishing Harry a very enjoyable and highly successful opportunity within the business.
