After a decade of raising money for the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, ILC is approaching the £1,000,000 milestone!
To celebrate this, we wanted to find a fitting challenge in the lead up to ILC Day 2022 to mark this very special occasion.
So, in the week leading up to ILC Day 2022, the ILC team as a collective will be walking 1,000,000 steps to represent the £1,000,000 total amount raised for the Rainbow Trust that we hope to reach at the Motor Networking Lunch on the 25th of March.
The main aim is to raise awareness of this incredible charity which provides children and their families with amazing support during extremely difficult times but any donations – big or small – will not only keep us ‘moving’ but act as another step in reaching the £1,000,000 mark.
ILC Day takes place on the 14th of February each year, we ask businesses within the insurance claims community to wear red and support the Rainbow Trust.
If you would like to get involved and receive a fundraising pack please contact katherine.brooks@rainbowtrust.org.uk or you can simply make a donation on this page to show your support.
Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity supports families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. When a child has a serious illness, family life is turned upside down and time becomes more precious than ever. Rainbow Trust pairs each family with an expert Family Support Worker who enables them to make the most of time together, giving them practical and emotional support, whenever they need it, for as long as is needed. They, through your donations, support the whole family including: parents, carers, the unwell child, brothers, sisters and grandparents.
Thank you all for getting involved, we wouldn’t be in this position without the kindness and generosity of the amazing ILC community.
