Simon Gallimore, CEO, EDAM Group and Peter Edgar, head of motor claims operations, RSA will go head-to-head in a fascinating insource Vs outsource claims management debate taking place at ILC’s inaugural MGA Claims Conference.
The ILC event, in association with the Managing General Agents Association (MGAA) and supported by gold sponsors EDAM Group and DWF360, along with silver sponsors Vitesse PSP takes place on Wednesday 28 September at 155 Bishopsgate, London.
Simon and Peter will both provide their insights and opinions on how and when insource or outsource works; if it’s a straightforward choice; what operating models exist; and what market forces influence outcomes.
Stuart Ballantyne, head of ILC’s MGA Claims Conference, said, “The issue of insource Vs outsource is an ever-present consideration within the insurance claims space and especially relevant to the MGA market.
“Having two key persons of influence from within the sector – Simon and Peter – provide their opposing views will provide a fascinating insight into the market dynamics at play and critical areas for consideration.”
The ILC MGA Claims Conference is a ‘must attend’ for MGAs, insurers, capacity providers and claims suppliers throughout the UK and Europe, and across all lines of business and claims.
Alongside the key conference sessions, the event will offer a host of engagement opportunities from hands-on exhibitions and in-person networking, through to key partner insights and a post-event drinks reception.Tweet
