
The Insurance Charities has announced that current trustee Josh Brekenfeld will succeed John Greenway as chairman.
Josh said, “With the challenges presented by the rising cost-of-living showing no sign of improving, I believe our charity is more relevant than ever. I’m looking forward to working with the staff team, trustees, and committee members to continue providing vital support where it’s needed throughout the UK and Ireland.”
His appointment is one of a handful of new additions to the board and committee.
Joining as trustees and grants committee members are Lisa Bartlett, Crawford and Company President, UK and Ireland, Mary Bowie, Senior Legal Counsel, Miller Insurance Services, Paul Buckle, Director, Morning Data, Debbie Bullock, UK Wellbeing Lead, Aviva, Paul Howard, Head of Coverholder & Alternative Distribution, AXA XL, and Caroline Dungar, Director of Colleague Experience, Yorkshire Building Society.
Meanwhile, Michael Gaughan, Non-Executive Director, Insurecore, has joined as trustee and Chair of Marketing Committee.
