The Managing General Agents Association (MGAA) has again put its influence behind ILC’s MGA Claims Conference taking place on 28 September at 155 Bishopsgate, London.
For the second year running the MGAA is working in partnership with ILC to bring together the MGA claims community across motor, home, commercial and niche product lines to openly debate the hot topics of the day.
Key to the day’s agenda will be a Claims Vs Underwriting debate – seeking the answers to who is at fault when loss ratio is too high, as well as focuses on demonstrating the real problems technology has helped solve, along with unravelling more of what, how and who will be the successes of the future.
The event is supported by Gold Sponsors: Carpenters Group, Claims Consortium Group, Enterprise, Pulse and Wiser Academy; Silver Sponsor: EDAM Group; and currently includes Advance Exhibition presence from: Alphatec Ltd, Broker Direct plc, Caysure Digital, CRIF Decision Solutions Ltd, and Synetics Solutions.
Mike Keating, Chief Executive Officer, MGAA said, “Bringing MGAs together to centralise their focus on claims and highlight both the challenges and opportunities this can bring, provides great potential for both MGAs and supply chains alike.
“This year’s conference carries even more importance given the current economic climate, claims inflation and an increase in fraud necessitating greater stakeholder collaboration in meeting customer expectations whilst protecting underlying profits.”
