New date set for £1m ILC Motor Claims Lunch
21st December 2021Tweet
The £1m ILC Motor Claims Networking Lunch has been postponed from its original date of 21 January to 25 March 2022.
The decision, made in consultation with and the full support of ILC partners, has been taken in light of recent developments relating to the Covid-19 Omicron variant.
Apart from a change of date, the much-anticipated event will be as spectacular and fun-filled as always with every element that has made the day such a success over the past 11 years again included, alongside a raft of new activities to help carry ILC past the £1m fundraising barrier for its chosen charity, Rainbow Trust.
With special guests already lined up and due to be announced shortly, the ILC Motor Claims Networking Lunch will unite key influencers from the motor claims sector behind a worthy cause, with traditional favourites such as Jonny Gould’s unique auction, the highly-anticipated Silent Auction lots, and ILC’s famous Teddy Bears also returning.
Next year’s lunch will also extend into an afterparty to allow friends and colleagues to fully enjoy the day and their time together.
Mark Hadaway, ILC managing director, said, “It was not an easy decision to postpone the event because we know how popular and widely-anticipated it is, but the health and safety of everyone is our number one priority.
“With the situation changing daily and such short-term uncertainty, we decided that pushing back the event a few months was the right thing to do for all concerned.”
ILC would like to thank its corporate partners AkzoNobel, Autoglass, CAPS, Carpenters Group, Copart, Davies, e2e, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Entergral, GT Motive, Hills/The Green Parts Specialists, IAA, Innovation Group, S&G Response, Sherwin Williams, thingco and Verisk, as well as its Insurer and Industry Body Partners Ageas, Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe, Aviva, Covea, ERS, LV=, Markerstudy, Modern Insurance Magazine, pukka insure, Swinton Group, Tesco Underwriting, Thatcham Research, Toyota Insurance Services and Zurich for all their support.Tweet
