NFU Mutual tops customer experience charts

Insurance DataLab has rated NFU Mutual as number one for customer experience in the last 12 months.
It scored a CX rating of 79%, ahead of LV=, RAC, Saga, and Markerstudy, all of which scored 73% to also collect an Insurance DataLab Customer Experience Gold Award for 2022.
Insurance DataLab rated 20 of the largest personal lines providers based on claims, complaints handling, customer satisfaction and transparency, collating its own data with data from Consumer Intelligence, Fairer Finance, Insurance Times and Trustpilot.
It found that overall customer experience has climbed by six per cent to an average rating of 69%.Tweet
