
The Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) and Wiser Academy will both be shining a spotlight on the people and skills requirements at ILC’s MGA Claims Conference.
Wiser Academy will be unveiling inspiring stories of employer-apprentice training provider partnerships, sharing journeys of growth, innovation, and mutual success through strategic training. Bringing to stage apprentice and business management graduate Aron Kaushik, along with employer Pardus Underwriting’s director, Mark Allen the session will provides invaluable tips on how to implement a professional development plan for the business, and highlight the benefits it offers.
Meanwhile, the MGAA will further be represented by members of its Next Gen group at the MGA Claims Conference, where a dedicated session will continue to bring to life new and innovative thinking around the future of the MGA sector.
