Uber keynote confirmed for ClaimsTech LIVE

Director of Claims at Uber Insurance, Sharif Ishaque will provide a keynote address at this year’s ILC ClaimsTech LIVE event. 

With the event focused on making a positive impact, Sharif will explore Uber’s journey as one of the pioneers of the ‘sharing economy’ – disrupting transport across the globe with technology. As of early 2023, Uber has 130 million monthly users, operates in 72 countries, and has seen over 7.6 billion trips carried out (source: statista). Without question, successful management of insurance claims is fundamental to its ongoing success.
